Idea for DDO version of Arcane Trickster

Hey...Iwould like to do a rouge\wiz ar sorc. build like in the D&D Arcane trickster model. A rouge who pumps up himself up spells and whocan sneak attack with a ray spell. Is this possible, is there a good build, and if so what would be a good build?

You can't do sneak attacks with ranged spells in DDO but I though this build captured at least a little of the arcane trickster vibe.
