i need some feedback with respect to my level 14 dwarf 10 rogue/4 fighter

current attributes:

str 21: i am using a +5 item right now eventhough it makes no difference; i started with 15 base & used a +1 tome; i have 4 rage rings & 2 capes of the roc, i try to always be raged & utilize the roc-capes for certain fights; raged & rocced his str is 24; i will likely increase this attribute at level 16 unless i have to increase my base dex for superior 2-weapon fighting (if this feat is ever implemented)

con 20: i am using a +4 item right now; i started with 14 base & increased con at level 8; i have used the dwarf con 1 enhancement; i have not used a +1 tome here as i am intending to use a +2 favor tome to increase this stat; i chose dwarf for lots of hitpoints

dex 22: i am using a +3 item right now; i started with 16 base, used a +1 tome, and increased dex at level 4; i made my dex high for greater 2-weapon fighting at level 14 & better reflex saves

int 16: i have +6 goggles but i rarely use them as i switch between +11 search goggles & +13 disable goggles; i started with 14 base, used a +1 tome, and increased this stat at level 12 because i do not want to be a bad trapsmith

wis 12: i use owl's wisdom situationally for +4 as i have no space to equip a good item; i started with base 11 & used a +1 tome; i usually wear my kundarak goggles which are +10 to spot (i think lol)

cha 16: i am using a +5 item; i started with base of 11 & will likely use a +1 tome when i acquire a +6 chr item

i think the above stats are balanced, but i wish that this build was a little stronger

feats:

1: toughness

3: luck of heroes

f1: 2-weapon fighting

6: sf:umd

f2: improved 2-weapon fighting

9: combat expertise

12: improved feint

f4: greater 2-weapon fighting

as to my feats, i rarely if ever fight with my combat expertise up & while i like improved feint, it's effective use requires me to keep my +5chr ring & +7 bluff helmet equipped

i also do not have an improved critical feat; although i am in search of the elusive bloodstone & my trinket slot is currently unequipped because my kundarak goggles & roc-capes have replaced my mummified bat; i also use a +4 seeker (+8 for critical) heavy pick of maiming in one of my main weaponsets to try & score more criticals

any feedback on this build is appreciated

also, does the +6 from the bloodstone stack with improved critical feats? does it stack with seeker weapons? ANSWERED IN GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD

thanks for any help

I don't see how Luck of Heroes does much for a Dwarf.

all of my builds, with the exception of my feat-starved sorceror, have luck of heroes

obviously, dwarves have good saves & are resistant to magic, but i do not think an extra +1 to all saves hurts any build

also, i am not concerned with my selection of luck of heroes with this build

but, as always, thanks for your words of wisdom

+3 dex item, I imagine you are using the bracers from TR?

i believe that i had the str gloves originally from tr

my glove slot is actually open right now as i am wearing str bracers; i have a +6 str belt, but i am currently wearing my heavy fortification item there

i have some +3 dex boots; i am currently looking for something better, maybe +5 boots or gloves to make dex 24

but, i just spent some plat on a greater false life belt & am saving up to buy a ring of heavy fortification

eventually i will replace those boots with something better

Improved Critical >>>>>> Luck of Heroes for a Dwarven multiclass with great Fortitude and Reflex saves already.

+5 dex gloves should be easy to find, get the helm from the orchard for your fort item, and switch the boots for some striding boots

at level 15, i am taking an improved crit feat

however, i cannot decide whether to take pierce or slash as i like to fight with both heavy picks/light picks & dwarven axes

there is also the new feat in mod 6 that lets you fight with a dwarven axe or heavy pick in your off-hand with less penalty

honestly, i see this build ending up 14 rogue/6 fighter, so i will have one more free combat feat

as to luck of heroes, i mainly play elite content and with mod 6 containing extra-planar enemies, i want to be extra lucky

definitely will get the helm, i think i need 3 or 4 more taps

as to my boots, i have a 25% striding ring that i like to wear, but i am always in the market for better boots, ideally the kundark boots to go with my kundarak delving suit & my kundarak goggles

+5 dex gloves is next on my list

i got the taps, i now have my minos legen equipped & have 317 hitpoints at level 14 with only a 20 con (+4 item) & no tome used yet

also, i ran stormreaver elite & as an end reward last night with my sorceror & even though treason dropped for me (given away), i got a nice little pair of +6 dex gloves which are now equipped giving me a dex of 24

i am wearing +10 tumble boots now instead of my dex boots because i like to do backflips

peace

Thats not too far off from my Dwarf MC rogue(rog10/ftr3/barb1). I went a little more str, little less con though. Good AC but not enough to where I have delusions of main tanking.

Imp Feint can be very fun to play with but imp trip is a much more all around good feat. Does a feinted creature get automatically critted? I cant recall, if so I guess it would go better with a pick user.

Personnally would take imp crit over Grt TWF, making all your more likily to hit attacks critical seems like it might be a little better but im not a number cruncher really.

One of my favorite characters to play though, hands down.

my problem with improved feint is 2 parts

(1) you need to be really close to make it work, i.e., if you click too early, you are out of range (difficult sometimes while running around constantly hasted)

(2) it does not last that long

but for exposing mobs to sneak attack it is pretty good, i am now using a +10 bluff ring & with gh, my bluff is currently at 28 (IMO pretty good for an ugly dwarf)

what is going to happen with this build is that at level 15, i am going to take an improved crit feat, either slash or pierce, & will likely end up taking both as i like to fight with both dwarven axes & heavy picks

i will probably not take superior 2-weapon fighting & will take the feat that lets me fight with a heavy weapon in my off-hand with reduced penalty

i can see most of my weaponsets consisting of just battleaxes, dwarven axes & heavy picks being dual-wielded
