I see fleeting references to it, but how does one PvP in DDO? Also, what's the deal with no Druids or Monks?

You can 'free for all' PvP in special brawl pits in specific taverns. Team based CTF and Deathmatch can be played in specially created PvP zones (you form teams, talk to Jackson Laws, and are teleported in).

Many Taverns have designated PvP Brawling areas. Youc an also set up your own PvP Group and teleport to a PvP Arena.

There is no deal with Druids and Monks. They simply arent in the game yet. Hopefully this year.
