Ranger 11/ Wizard 5 Build Question

I've made a new warforged that I want to eventually level to a Ranger 11/Wizard 5. What do you think the best level progression for this character would be? The plan is to make him a strength-based twf who can cast self buffs like shield, blur, haste, etc. I'm not sure how viable this character will be but it sounded interesting. Thoughts?

Might I suggest checking out Impaqt's Arcane Archer build in the Ranger forum? It's similar so you might get a few ideas, after reading his write up on it I am starting to warm to the idea myself....
