were your hot bars moved to cover up the buffs you have? Or is that unbuffed?

Irixis and Erixis run at 35 AC unbuffed, low to mid 40s buffed. Not a PvP build like yours. I rely on displacement to keep me alive, as a great many enemies in the dungeons don't have true seeing. So in my case, AC doesn't matter as much.

Yep I agree. Displacement is best to use on bards and your Irixis builds. That AC shown is buffed with Ranger +5 Barkskin (I wear seal so thats +2 i wouldnt have) Others might be another +2 from pally aura I dont have. But I am wearing +5 mith fp with +5 mith tower shield. No defensive Fighting. AC boost. Rest is all in the build etc. Thats how I play with my bars. Weapons always up top. I recently moved it a bit but not much different.

Aevy is 52 self-buffed, TWF, constant (not in bursts). 53 if my unlimited haste pots count (but that's bursty).

56 if I can ever get that **** chattering ring. :mad:

57 when I finally get the dex up where it should be. :o

60 come mod 6 and tempest ranger. Yeah, that's right, 60, while TWF, constantly :eek:

Edit: plus favored enemy AC bonuses and the related enhancement line!

Double Edit: Denzan has something like a 20! Booyah!

My cleric has an AC of around 33 fully buffed and using a shield!

Using heavy fortification, fearsome armor, Bramble Casters and Bracers of Demon Consort, I never get hit more than about four times :)

Routinely runs around 53-55 AC, but I love my Rogueadin. Some stuff has changed recently, but overall AC the same.

Erixis wears a +6 stat item for every stat but constitution (+4 ring, still looking for a +6), fearsome of heavy fort robe, and resistance on cloak.

That's with all her spells on her, and no barkskin. Irixis is pretty much the same statistics, but with 24 Dex, and 22 Wisdom.

Arixis wears breastplate, so her AC and hit a bit higher.

Just want to see how much AC people run around with usually.

So really, this 64 AC you are hitting here is not what you "run around with usually"; rather, it's a buffed and boosted AC. So take off that 4 for the boost, 2 for fully pally aura, and 2 for full ranger barkskin and you're down to 56. 55 when you're not hasted. And if you're wearing +5 MFP, your evasion is never working. Do you typically roll with the +5 MFP or do you "run around with usually" the KDS on.

Just saying Dimsdaal, 64 fully buffed and boosted is neat and all, but you asked for what people usually run around with and then proceeded to show yourself fully buffed and boosted. Post a pic with what you usually wear (don't forget those STR and CHA items this time!) and let's see what you're at "usually".

IN PVP I would have 61 AC self boosted and would fight with that. Typically, I run around with 55. (No Titan Ring,No AC Boost). But more tactics that I use to increase my AC and make me harder to hit. I am just trying to get an idea wat everyones max AC is. Sure, tell me what it is when you are self buffed too. Just trying to strike conversation without being trolled. Which seems hard on these forums for some reason. Not pointing fingers though. :D

Lorich has 55 ac without outside buffs or raid items or boosts. Haste, ranger bark, pally aura, recess, chattering ring would add 12 situational for 67, add fighter boost would be 72 for 20 sec.

To hit well over +30

I'm gonna guess that maxxed out, Aevy could hit just shy of 70 self-buffed. The AC I was talking about was self-buffed running around AC (52 now, 60 when mod 6 hits). Obviously, if we were going for max, I wouldn't be talking about my TWF AC ;)

Very unimpressive I Know. But when the weed-whacker gets lucky he's allot of fun to play. With CE on he can eek out 46 AC unbuffed. I don't know with buffs and running with a Pally I've seen his AC up to low 50's. When I swap out the +4 wis ring for a +6 con ring I can get his HP up to 340 not bad for a sickly Drow Fighter.

Ticktack, that's a +4 weapon... so I guess a +31 to hit... is doable...
50 ac... no buffs... no pally near by... no self haste... dont have CE, not much else I can get him items wise.

most I'm ever gotten him to was like 58ish, true barkskin, pallys near by, haste, and recitation

but really this is a twf build, so ac and to hit was always important...

honestly I think the evasion utility builds are more useful though, even a ranger... I want to see supieior two weapon fighting though :)

Heh well Kirtas self buffed without haste/boosts: 48 (no delving suit yet or +2 dex tome :()
With boosts: 53 (just haste and action boost)
With full buffs:58 (i think)
To Hit: +31 on first swing

Now Shootie is lvl 10 and doesnt have alot of raid gear and enhancements he still needs so

Standing AC: 40 (No chattering ring, Plus all my armor mastery enhanments and +6 dex item)
Haste and Boosts: 44
To Hit: only +22

.. Reaver is pretty much the only spot I buff it up so high (well use a shield).

Gotta love taking the full line of giant dodger enhancements, huh? My hybrid fighter/pally/rogue guy gets to 57 with a barkskin potion against giants (58 with haste). He uses liht armor for evasion as well. Against non-giants this is 53 AC.

My Barbiarian double rages to 14 or 15 AC, I forget which exactly.

boosted ac should never be counted as max ac since its only 20 seconds worth at a time..you gonna run away the other half of the time?

So thats 58 that I normally run at... 61 if I get a chattering ring... 62 then if you want to include Haste potion... thats potential "run around" AC...

So then Buffed I can get +2 from a full ranger barkskin (thats a potion in the pic), +2 recitation would put me at 66... If I wanted to pick up boosts (which I would never personally do) it would be what 70-71? (74-75 Versus Giants)

The only piece of Raid Loot I have on him is the Head of Good Fortune as well, well and the greenblade...

Still need my favor tome for 28 str as well

I only have 42 intimidate though :( could have 45 if I picked up skill focus (I have a feat spare but 42 basicly floors everything but the reaver elite)... could be 47 with a +15 helm (and yes I have the UMD to equip it)... and so possible of 50 at level 16 not too shabby... (52 w/ a RR +17 item)

I also have no resistance item on ATM... so my saves are at 29/29/24 versus spells... If I had boots of innocence would be 34/34/29 versus spells :eek:

But my level 16 bard build... he'll only have 56 AC sans raid loot... but permanent Haste/Displacement

Halfling batmans are scary in pvp. Full heals and such. It is a pvp build though. Only been beat once in deathmatch. Builds only 3 weeks old too.

this is my max self buff ac using human versatilty boost for ac and recitation as i can umd the wand. when not hv boosted, it is primarily still 63 with a 31 to hit(33 with divine favor). could get 2 more points from dex tome and madstone boots. the barkskin used was a pot, not ranger barkskin. this toon is still a monster when it comes to one handed slashing build. crits are in 140 range with a kopesh.(+5 holy of righteousness and bloodstone with damage boost power attack etc). usually run around with a 58 ac, as i always use power attack and damage boost versus needing to turtle up.

Well heres my screenshot. This is only self-produced buffs with no outside help, I umd'd the recitation wand. With dual madstone and +5 parrying longsword it could been +42 to hit / 63 ac. AC boost was used in screenshot. And also, i dont have precision.

I figure the max possible my character could achieve with help from other classes is 69 ac with defensive fighting active. ( +1(parrying)+2 (def fighting)+3 (pally Aura) +1 (ranger barkskin)

his ac is without ce and if you fought him in pvp your wondering would be over... all the ac in the world is great but if you dont hit on a regular basis then its kinda a moot point. by the way mulligan was great to have ya on the ghallanda server for the death match tourney. that first fight we had was pretty bad ashed. for me pvp is about the challenge and you sure provided one. tc all and merry/happy/guzzle/stumble/be obnoxious/ new year to all

Whats scary bout aztar....it is not just the 62 AC, but the 62 AC +41 to attack (w/o grtr bane) and the 420 sumthin hps. I've never fought someone and felt so helpless...even if i am hittin him conisistently his hps seem to barely move....very disheartening really :P

EDIT: Dim I meant no offense, you're my boy and Valk has turned into a beast. Is hard for me to compare since i never had chance to fight Valk on mulligan : (

klerikal 12 barb/2ftr.... future 14 barb/6 ftr has a standing raged ac of 50.. no madstone, no chattering, no barkskin, no seal of earth.....and yes thats a raged barb, yay!!!! cause i get hit lots

Dont think my tohit is low either with just a odd weapon. A +5 ls (or +1 grtr bane min) would be +1 more from weapon, I get +1 more tohit with LS(pala enhancement) and +7 more if im attacking your back(flank, sneak, cunning, bs gloves). This gives me up to +40 on when hitting someone in the back and moving(spring attacker here).

Full buffs would be
+3 more for pala aura
+1 more for bark(+5)
+1 more can get 1 more w/ ftr armor/ac masteries but probably decide in mod6
This would make max but never count on happening 76 ac. And cant wait to see the but never to really use +80 AC with new bard song in mod6 just for kicks.

Edit: forgot parry so +1 more. But thats only if going for max useless AC (stupid progressive bab)

11 KDS (+2 Max dex from daggertooths belt)
7 Dex
2 Chaosguarde
1 Dodge Feat
5 Prot Necklace
6 Shield (Fanion)
3 Seal of the Earth
5 CE

Total of 50, not the greatest but not bad for a rogue.

Max boosted AC (with help from others)

4 Paladin Aura
2 Rangers barkskin
1 haste
2 recitation
5 AC boost (not wasted points as it comes with Human Versatility)
6 Improve Uncanny Dodge

So if I really wanted to, I could hit 70AC for about 20 seconds (30 sec cooldown on AC boost, but the uncanny dodge has the same cooldown as duration, so can keep that on for 2 mins)

Plastikman-Monk/Ranger- No Buffs 68AC

If I can get Chatter Ring, did not take it on my 20th(took belt instead) it would be a 71AC no buffs

Also, Im not using Armor bracers, only Chaos guard. When i get barkskin I switch from Dragontouch to Icy and 7AC bracers(dont have 8 yet)

Here's my little monkey ranger( not an exploit build, I am a monk 9 monk /6 rgr/1 rogue). He's a fun build can do pretty much anything and you see, he doesn't have some nice ac kickers like Chattering ring, madstone rage , plus, stuff like recitation wands that are only 40 seconds aren't worth considering a buff. This is pretty much what I run around with while soloing without outside buffs. I can use recitation wands withut fail, so can get 2 more there, and when I get madstone boots thats 4 more... so I could easily self buff to 78 without a lotta trouble

Here's my little monkey ranger( not an exploit build, I am a monk 9 monk /6 rgr/1 rogue). He's a fun build can do pretty much anything and you see, he doesn't have some nice ac kickers like Chattering ring, madstone rage , plus, stuff like recitation wands that are only 40 seconds aren't worth considering a buff. This is pretty much what I run around with while soloing without outside buffs.

ANOTHER PERSON WITH 4 MILION PLAT!!!!! it makes me feel sad that all i got is 70k :)

I can use recitation wands withut fail, so can get 2 more there, and when I get madstone boots thats 4 more... so I could easily self buff to 78 without a lotta troubleYou've got barkskin on in the screenie, assuming it's a potion, madstone will only give you +1.

Nothing special for my main PURE paladin.
Just sitting with no buffs, his MAIN gear, etc he is at a 51.

With the chattering ring (don't have it on because I have use a +6 char ring and thelis's ring), pots of barkskin +3, haste pots, defensive fighting etc I can get him up to 60.

If I took the Paladin AC Boost, Bulwark IV, Ranger barkskin +5 I would be at 68 and I have no idea how much the bard song can add.

i do not know how to post pic ATM... but i have 1 of AC 87 and that is b4 insight bonus shroud weapon and icy rainments
also now have armor 8 bracers...but no chattering ring....so i could c 97ish AC and maybe over 100 and definately with ring and also did not use any skill pots

optimized ac basically

Must be paly around with +5
must have ranger with bark +5
must have bard ac song
cleric recitation
shield wand
this does include 20 sec bonuses and dodge
also tumble
dex 45..wis26...can hit 47 dex and 28 wis with shroud items
Combat expertise

still can pack a punch with +47 to hit 1st hit with CE on

20 start
+4 every 4 lvls
+2 halfling
+3 rog
+6 item
+2 wind stance
+3 tome
+4 acrobat (1min daily 5 charges)
+3 shroud item

47...i do not have +1 on shroud item atm or +3 dex tome

I posted the L16 breakdown and the projected L20 a while back, but that was right after the DT Lottery-Armor came around.

I´ll look it up, but heres the setup I can recall from memory (I´m in my office right now).

L16-PvE setup

10 Base
16 DTFP with Eldritch
10 Leviks Defender with Eldritch
5 DEX (DAMIII + FAMI) Will go to 7 with DOS II, and yes I have a 24 DEX in Std. Gear.
5 Protection
4 Natural - Madstone is undispellable and not a boost... I guess it could be considered a "buff" but when u have 5 sets and it goes off quite a bit when you eventually take a hit...I´m more inclined to say it´s there. (If someone refuses to see it this way drop AC by 1 with Seal of Earth which I don´t even use for clickies since GS came around)
5 Leviks III
4 Dodge (1 Feat + 3 Chattering Ring; will go up by 1/4 IIRC with DOSII/Stance)
5 Combat Expertise
4 Paladin Aura (could be increased by 1 with Aura with Cap increase...but I refuse to pay 4 AP´s for 1 AC)

No chattering, only +1 wis and +1 dex tomes, no three's yet. +7 Armor Bracers, no 8's yet.

With full buffs, I have hit 80 when tanking Sally and that was without a pally near.

+29 to hit without buffs.

The one is a min II. Just the color that is showing is blueish green. Haven't much attention since getting my new computer and switching over to DX10.

As you can see in the top right, the only buffs I have are greater heroism, barkskin and ram's might.

I am also able to UMD shield wands for +4 and I have 3 ranks of favored defense that applies 3 more not shown here to favored enemies. With a haste clicky, that can bring my max self buffed to 76(79 FE)

I know my hotbars make no sense. Ignore that :p

Resized so it's not so huge. I hope the quality is still good enough to see clearly.
