Question : Tempest speed boost stack with haste boost?

Question:

Will the (supposed) 10% attack speed boost from Tempest stack with the fighter or rogue haste boost?

I know it stacks with Haste but interested to know if it does with the Haste Boost.

Considering taking lvl 15 and 16 as fighter to get the feats to get Tempest and think it might go nicely with Figter Haste boost as well.

Good question. According to the Devs it should. (They call it a stacking bonus.)

It is suppose to be a stackable bonus. Now do the melee alacrity bonuses stack as well? I just picked up the docent of quickening and thought about a scimitar wielding warforged tempest ranger just to see how fast he could be.

I have and the difference is noticeable.

I am only use Fighter's Haste I for the time being and it is situational but, provides a nice little ooomph! when things go critical.

I only took Fighter's haste to augment burst damage from bow but with tempest I will probably invest a little deeper into it.
