I am sure its been reported on before but my "Help" panel for turning in tickets is completely and utterly useless. I was just on a toon of mine to report on a plat spammer who had sent two different plat mails to my mage on different days. Obviously the spammer is not deleting their toon after spamming like they normally do. Well, I filled out the ticket and the moment I hit "Submit" the whole help panel screen goes white, AND the ticket does not go through. So I decided to try a few different toons of mine to see if I could do it with them, nope. Every one of them was the same. Once I hit Submit it was whited out, useless. About 10 times I did this. My brother the other day said he was having the same problem, so it isn't just me this is happening to. So, my question is: Is it broke just for us or is there more players having the same issue? Is there any chance this can be fixed sometime soon? Makes me wonder that maybe that spammer(and other spammers) is being able to get away with spamming over and over without no one stopping them because us players can not turn any of them in to stop them. You want us to help you all catch them, maybe fix the Help panel so we can?

There have been reports by players that they are experiencing the same issue. It seems to be rare but it is being reported by more than just yourself. I'm afraid I do not have any further information on this other than we are aware of the reports and attempting to figure out what is causing this to happen for certain players.
Sorry that you are having problems using the ingame help request tool Quanefel.

I too have issues with the help panel, although I have been able to submit tickets.
Sometime ago we were able to 'paste' (using ctrl-v) into the help panels. This made it easier to include important information when reporting problems in-game since we could simply copy information (ctrl-c) from chat/guild/combat panels and include it with the submission. I am not sure when it broke (mod 4/5) but it is increasingly annoying when reporting spammers/plat farmers when unable to include the pertinate information in the submission. If this was done intentionally to reduce the number of submissions then please reconsider and restore this functionality.
Thanks
