Elf Ranger 6/Fighter 10
S 18 + level ups
D 17 (+2 favor tome for stwf)
C 12
I 10 (or lower your strength if you like skill points)
W 8
C 8
You could lower the dex to 16 like I did on my old displacement fighter build but I find getting a +3 dex tome... irritating. You could also do 18 dex instead and only need a +1 tome for STWF (lowering int to 8).

1dodge
3mobility
6spring attack
9 *
12 *
15superior two weapon fighting
(fighter levels start at level 7 for convenience of planning)
1weapon focus pierce
2improved crit pierce
4weapon spec pierce
6greater two weapon fighting
8stunning blow (dual stun is awesome)
10power attack

* = least dragonmark and lesser dragonmark if you want a displacement fighter or
toughness and oversized two weapon fighting for dual rapiers. You could also opt out of stunning blow if you don't believe in the uberness of dual fort saves with one mouse click.

Enhancements however you want to do them would include the rapier bonus and tempest.

Get yourself a couple of Deathnips and you're gonna tear stuff up. Nice.

I was thinking of rerolling my TWF but there's so many options - nice multi-class like this, TWh Barb or even classic dex Rgr - too many choices /sigh

What do you consdider to be the pros and cons of your build compared to the alternatives?

Also curious - would you ever consider Drow for the shortsword enhancements? If not is it the initial ability hit for Cha 10? Or are the dragonmarks really that good?

nice, but wf ranger 12/4 fighter makes much better use of the enhancment and class abilities of the ranger. The build is in the ranger forums.

You can have up to 6 Displacements that last as long as an unextended 16th level Displacement (once the cap goes up) for two feats and 10 AP. Self-only, which means you can go into tough fights Displaced and re-displace mid-fight if necessary.

There are a few Dragonmarks I really like -- mainly the Elven and Human Passage ones. The rest are fairly situational and pretty rarely used effectively.

(Tanka has 9 14 minute Expeditious Retreats, 7 Dimension Doors and 5 Teleports at the moment. This build could have anywhere from 4 Invis and 2 Displacements to 8 Invis and 6 Displacements. Not too bad for someone with no arcane casting abilities, eh?)
