Chat Error

Currently having trouble with the chat error message cant chat in party or general can only recieve tells, i recently updated the account from trial and yes i am a noob, i came here with a couple of friends who had played this before and we use vent so i never had a problem with it but now that im getting up there grouping with more than just us 4 is happening and i would like to know how to fix this

Sorry getting frustrated i would spell check and make it nice but >,< darn it i want it fixed now :(
