In Regards to LOCC

As Im sure many may have been rumoring around the past week, there have been several changes to the Legion of Cold Children. Firstly, our guild leader Redsiberiss and his wife Lyllith have split for their own personal reasons, and Red will no longer be playing the game. As such, leadership has come to me, Frzblaster, his sucessor. Secondly it has come up that our guild name was in a naming violation, as Cold Children refers to a term used by sex offenders of minors to children who have refused them. And since we do not support that kind of image, we have changed our name to the Sovereign Blades. Other than that, we are still the same guild, and perhaps the largest active on the server to date. We hope this will quell peoples concerns theyve had for us, and we thank those who waited patiently for answers while we settled the dust down.

News to me about "Cold Children."

The first time I saw your guild's name, I misread it as "Cold Chicken," and I was both amused and bemused. Ever since then, I haven't been able to see it without remembering my first reading of it.

The old name was chosen by the former leader. His personal meaning, of the name, will always remain a mystery. As soon as we discovered the alternate meaning, we convened a meeting of the Officers and changed the name immediately.

Chances are like almost any phrase in our society it was taken over by a part of the sub culture and put into use by them. I doubt Red meant Legion of the Child Molesters. Anyways bummer about Lyl and Red, hope the transition was smooth.

Redsi is gone? Am so sad to hear. I know it's probably for the better as he needed to take care things and get them in order I do wish him well but he'll be missed... Nexx last week, now Redsi and am still missing Mudu. Redsiberiss was from original Riedra onslaught, went on to found the guilds friendly faces and LOCC. Helped organize the council of 12 on Riedra and had attempted such on Khyber... a good leader and friend.
