The Next All Cleric Raid!

Tempest Spine Raid this saturday Nov 10th at 11:00pm EASTERN/10:00CENTRAL


OK, People are clamoring for anotehr al cleric raid.... How bout we do a TS Run this weekend sometime? Thats'll get us warmed up for what we want todo next. Lets see....


Velah:

Need a Trapsmith CLeric for Locks.
Need 2x 25 STR (Shouldnt be an issue)

I think Harm Hits velah just fine..... End fight shouldnt be too bad.

Titan:
Couple traps.. Not an issue
No Locks or Runes I can think of to stop us.
Doing the Green Puzzle could be interesting.. I havent done that without DDoor in quite a while.

I cant think o fany issues at all doing the tian himself.

DQ:
Get like 8 People HARMing her and 4 Mass Healing she should go down pretty fast.....


Let me know what time Saturday would be good for a TS Run and what raid we wannt try next.

Bringing a rogue or any other build in to do one part of the raid means it was not completed by an all cleric party.


SO what big raid do we want to do next? DQ, Titan, or Vons?

I may have to build a trapsmith cleric just because.... SO unless someone has one they can commit to VON5/6 right now, I'd say put that one on the backburner.

Getting People Flagged for the DQ could take a while... If we want to do that, we should do it in 2 stages... Night 1. Prereqs(Including 6 man) and Nigh t2 for the Raid itself.

ANd then TItan. Most people are probobly already flagged and no major obsticles that I see.

If you can do it either after 11 PM EST on Saturday, or after 9 PM EST during the rest of the week, I can dust off Brottor and have him come out for Titan or Dragon. I don't think he's DQ ready, and I know he's definately not Reaver ready.

I might be able to con some of the Umber Hulks into coming along. We have a regular group meet on saturdays at 7pm pacific (about an hour before your quest starts) and I think everyone who does it has a high end cleric. I'll see if they want to.

What character are you going to be on as to contact? The only down side is its either all of us 3-6 Umbers or none so it may or may not work out.

Probably can't join many of the other raids as my cleric isn't really qualled on much nor is likely to be on anything except possibly the VON as she's not usualy my priority for getting raid ready.

Best not to save spots so much, I never really know how many of us there will be until we actualy gather up. That's the thing with the whole "We understand life agro" thing. I havn't proposed it to any of them yet and probably won't have a chance too until about an hour before your thing. If you fill up thats cool, if not well probably come along for fun as the Umbers usualy go in for all X group type sillyness.

We did an all rouge run of some mid level quests once.. now that was tough! Especialy mid level rogues since we didn't all have well developed UMD yet, lots of wand whiffing and the like.

Rawr! Fear the Clerics and bless them with much loot when you get one in your group! Seriously that was a great run!!! Lot's of fun all! Although miffed I came in third in kills I am sure someone was using lots of destruction whilst I was swinging me sword! All in all great run, ty Impact for throwing it together...am looking forward to Titan Cleric style :D

I agree, this was an awesome Tempest Spine run. I hardly break out my cleric anymore (because groups have issues with me not catering to being their "healbot" AND because I am roleplaying a mute character so people get frustrated when I don't respond quickly) but I may have to reconsidering playing my cleric more after that run. :D

I was quite pleased that the Patron Deity of Tempest Spine took one of my greatswords to wield.


Although miffed I came in third in kills I am sure someone was using lots of destruction whilst I was swinging me sword!

That was because Steele's Blade Barriers were hitting for higher damage than the rest of ours.

I don't even carry blade barrier normally lol.

My kills were all Harm+Soundburst/Destruction/Slay Living/Banishment. I swung a weapon in there once because everyone said no spells...and I hit them on 20s (this is why Xal doesn't even carry real weapons). If I'd stuck to weapon slinging I'd have had ZERO kills. :D

whenever I get blind tells on my cleric I usually tell them I am a battle cleric and never heal so they leave me alone...lol...
i am a healer in disguise....just hate the tells....get so many...you all know..

Its totally worth carrying when you can hit them for 250-300 per pop (500 on a crit:) with the blue armor).. btw, steele mentioned later that those blackguards had around 1000 hitpoints.

Sorry I missed it! I was playing Barbies with my four year old daughter. She likes to watch me play DDO but I didn't remember about the raid until after the fact. I hope to make the next!
