I know many of you play only as WF, and I bet some of you even have some WF dedicated parties. Well, I am curious what you might think is the best WF party makeup.

My guess:

1 Barbarian - With WF threat enhancement and CON bonus we're talking about one serious killing machine
1 Paladin - LoH can heal WF! Also, the aura helps with AC
1 Roguish type - Pure Rogue or Rogue/Bard, need high UMD for Rez scrolls
1 Sorcerer - Bring the boom!
2 Wizards - Healers/Nukers

Hmmm...

4 wizards/sorcs
1 barbarian
1 battle bard

A 1Rogue/13Ranger or 2Rogue/12Wiz is helpful, too.

Just one of the wizards or bards some spot/trap finding and I'd agree with that for an incredibly solid group. Personally though I'd like to see 6 Warforged Sorcerers. (I know I'm biased towards that race and class combination, I just love it so dearly) :D

Ya, I just put the barb in there because you often find people who like to play pure tanks. Meh, I'd rather have an almost as good tank who can heal/buff himself. Or just charm your own tanks as you go.

I can understand your bias; I am equally biased towards warforged wizards. I dabble in other combos, but I always go back to the wf wiz.

Well clerics in general yeah, the casters can only repair, it's not like they can cure and remove all the debuffs.

The one I'm in has a pretty good lineup.

Ftr (sword and board)
Bbn (2-hander)
Clr (Battle cleric FTW!) (That one is me lol)
Rog (trap monkey)
Wiz (CC mostly)
Wiz (Nuke mostly)

We TEAR through content :)

Has this been added to the infusion list? The eberron campaign setting book lists no such infusion for artificers.

Mass Repair is part of the Artificer infusion list in the Races of Eberron book, page 189.

Wizards and Sorcerers do not get Mass Repair spells.

And why do you need a WF 13 cleric/1 pally?

Most of the negative effects Warforged face aren't completely at the mercy of a cleric to remove them. Poison and disease don't exist for Warforged. Ability damage can be cured by potions (or scrolls if you UMD them). Negative levels don't exist for Warforged. Blindness is usually best prevented by a ward item or just healed with potions. Fear is another potionable cure.

In fact, there is only one status effect that I dread as a Warforged when I am not with a cleric. Feebleminded!

Why do people still act like a cleric can't heal warforged? You'd do just fine with a cleric in charge of healing.

While it is true that a cleric won't have much of an issue healing Warforged I would much rather have a sorcerer capable to do it. Then again, I'm spoiled because I namely play a Warforged Sorcerer and I love how fast I can cast Reconstruct. :p

I've found that running my WF Battlecleric along with WF Arcane Casters just seems to blend well. I can tank and help pull aggro off of them and the mix of divine/arcane spells seems to work well, like greater command and firewall.

I recently ran an all warforged group through the Tor. We finished fast with just 5 players (poor gatekeeper). We couldn't find a 6th We were 2 fighters, 1 barb & 2 sorc (two of us Lord of Blades sorcs ;-) ). Then onto the white room, the fight was an sharp incline, we barely trudged through, i drank a major & used 4 rez scrolls. We finished with no party whipe...

Then the 6th player joined, drand another wf sorc (an old novus player). We smoked through the rest of the quest. I've rarely if ever before seen the black and blue rooms finished so cleanly and as fast. With 3 sorcs, the blue room was just beautiful after taking a second to settle. And I've been on a fair share of tor runs, not to toot my own.

At the end of the day, it depends on the players, but the combo was excellent.

Thats what the battlebard is for, he has UMD.

16 Sorc (healer buffer) this is me :p
1 Rogue/ 15 Ranger STR Tempest
16 Cleric Battle Build w/ Bladesworn 1
14 Barb / 2 Fighter Dual Kopesh build
16 Paladin
16 Wizard (Enchant or Necro focus)

This is my idea of the perfect group

I currently run with the first 3 and we can run all content non-raid with just the three of us with little to no trouble. I have a friend leveling up to catch us with a pure paly build that will really boost us up. The bard would just be for songs/facinates/buffs and enchantments......and the wiz would be for beating SP and crowd control with backup heal potential.

Our guild has been on an all WF kick lately .... They are insanely powerful when grouped together....

We routinely sack Devils on elite 2 man .... WF sorc and WF barb/ftr dual wielder ( puncture FTW ) in 20-25 minutes each run.
The ability to reconsctruct and CC w/ 2000+ sp coupled w/ the barbs insane DPS makes most quests a cake walk.
When we actually run quests w/ 4 or more WF party members it feels like we are cheating.

Up with Warforged.... oh and death to fleshlings!!! ( thats for you Ghoste)
