i check forums once a day and see the same few people making negative comments on people's posts

For some people, being on the forum is an enjoyable community experience (and I admit to being a forum-a-holic during certain hours of the day). However, all community experiences take in and exhibit the full rainbow of human behavior, positive and negative.

Also, to classify everyone who spends a fair amount of time on the forums as stupid or nerdy (being that is the main connotation of the word dork (http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/dork)) is not true, just like stereotypes are stereotypically not true.

Also, criticism isn't always negative.

i dont think he's talking about everyone who spends a fair amount of time on the forums...i believe he's referring to the people who just troll around and LOOK for things to ***** about, and usually dont have anything positive to add to any thread
