plz help i can figure out how to post a new thread anywhere but here.

First off, go to the forum you want to post in. (start at http://forums.ddo.com/index.php and scroll down till you see the forum you want).
When you are in the forum up the top left there is a button marked "New Thread" click on that and go from there.
You must be in the specific forum you want to post in.
