Dedicated groups on Thelanis?

So I am enjoying PUGing with my cleric and the solo stuff I am doing with my lower level characters. I like 98% of the people I have grouped with on Thelanis .

But I am itching to start a new character and join a dedicated group that would be a tactical, slow exploratory approach to going through the various dungeons. on the player quest coordination group, I only see persistent groups on Sarlona. Do I have to start a character on that server to find persistent groups, or are there unadvertised persistent groups on Thelanis?

I'm sure there are. Check out the Thelanis Guild List on the sticky above for a run down. Some may not be active but you can post here to confirm.
