I think it has something to do with you not being originally from Ghallanda. The server prioritizes bids based on your original server choice, its obvious that the person who won it was originally from the Ghallanda server ;)

Meh, I'm sure Rekker's just a Ghallanda original... which means he's probably in his 80's to 90's (if elf/dwarf - add a few hundred years to that). Ghallanda is the original grumpy old player server. That must be why half the toon population is dorf. Back in their day they didn't need no puncturin' bows - mastawork could lick any Kobold then and ye should be buyin all the masta work he's puttin in that there future tech auction box thingamajig now.

If you really need plat $$$'s, just have yer rogue try out that new double-secret pick pocket skill they added in Mod 5.1. If you're looking for targets just check out the "WHO HAS THE UBEREST WEAPON" thread.

Good to hear you guys are okay in the SD land Cupcake. Some of our family friends from near Valley Center (near The WAP) still haven't gotten the "come back" notice. Their area is listed as escort-only right now. But hopefully that Witch didn't hit their place.

BTW, Cupcake, our friends got back Thursday night and their place was still standing with lots of ash everywhere. Rattled and glad to have a shower is their current state of being.
