I know you are all working hard on the ranger PrC as an enhancement thing, but I would like to see rogues also be able to take this enhancement line.

Is there any possibility of this happening?

Yes, it's called taking 6 levels of ranger. :p
Seriousy, enhancements as a rule should be declassed and based off of what skills you have points in, what feats you've taken, and just in general.
