Can you take the feat: Mithral Fluidity more than once? and does it give you additional benefit to do so?
I have taken it once and when I was able to get a new feat upon leveling it still appeared as an option in the feat list.
Does it stack if taken twice?

Yep, it stacks with itself.

So how many time can you take it? 3? 4? and if so has anyone done so to what benefit?

If you're a fighter, try the Fighter's Armor Mastery enhancement (not 100% sure this works for WF, but worth a look since enhancements are able to be reset). If you're not a fighter, why bother? There's much better uses of feats out there.

yeah, i suppose if you went fighter and had a 28 dex with adamantine plating, then taking 5 mithral fluity and fighter armor mastery 3 could be done. But at that point, a dwarf with a 24 dex could use it fully with the dwarven version of armor mastery. A high dex WF should just go mithral or composite with they have a huge dex.
Though it is a neat though, with the daggertooth belt a WF in adamantine could fully use a 30 dex, though it's probably best to go mithral.composite.

Mithral Fluidity
The maximum Dex bonus you have is increased by 1, and the armor check penalties are decreased by 1.
Prerequisite: Warforged, Mithral Body
You kinda need Mithril Body to take Mithril Fluidity. :p

bah, darn you and your logic! ok then, with 5 fludies, daggertooth belt, and armor mastery 3 a mithral plated WF can have a max dex of 37, if that's even possible for a WF.

Mithral Body (+5), 5 Mithral Fluidities (+5), and FAM3 (+3) requires 36 DEX to fill out. And no, a WF cannot hit that yet (static score, no buffs/pots). A WF Ranger/Rogue can hit 33DEX and use FAM2 from Daggertooth's Belt. Or a WF Fighter can hit 30 DEX and use FAM3 and 2 Mithral Fluidities.

Actually a warforged can only take 4 mithral fluidities, due to having to spend the first feat on mithral body. Still though, that's a 9 max dex bonus on a breastplate.
I think the more interesting one though is improved damage reduction, with adamantine body and 4 improved DR feats and the +2DR enhancement a warforged can hit a permanent 8dr/adamantine. Pity you cant take more with the fighter bonus feats... if they ever implement the rogue bonus feats correctly a rogue could hit 11 DR/adamantine.

Sadly though, if they gave gave rogues a DR it would more than likely be the same as the barbarian DR and wouldn't stack with the WF DR.

A wf ranger with a decent dex at end game (26 or so) can use the mithral fluidity feats to make up for the ac lost by not wearing a shield. Having a competitive AC to make up for your free TWF feats is nicey nice. With 3 mithral fluidities and a shield spell (umd on a shield level 10 wand is way super awesome friends) you're doing the same AC-wise as a fighter wearing a +5 heavy shield, but swinging twice as much. With two weapon defense you're actually one up on them :) Filling out your build with 2 fighter levels will let you take the feats without missing out on imp crit and such.
