loss of turn undead

Well, I guess this is my location of last hope. Since the latest update I have been having problems with my turn undead on my 14th level drow cleric. I log off with 16 turns and log back on to find I have 10. Half the time I go into a tavern to restore my turns they don't reset. The only place I can count on getting my turns back is at rest shrines. I have sent in 4, count them, 4 bug reports and 2, count them, 2 tickets to no avail. I got so fustrated I tried to "fix" it by reseting my enhancements. All that did was change my turns to 12 and cost me platnum. I still have the same problem only now I go from 12 turns to 10 at each log in. The character is unplayable in her current state. As a cleric I depend upon my divine healing and my fellow adventurers depend upon my divine vitality ability. If it were just the loss of turn undead I wouldn't be worried. I mean after the catacombs turn undead is pretty useless. However, I exchange for that loss I get the ability to use them for healing, mana restration, and to summon Vulkoor's champion. Is there ANYONE out there who can help me fix my toon?

I guess you didn't read the entire message. I have tried to contact in-game support to no avail. Either you people are incompetent or your just sending me on useless loops of help quests because you want me and this problem to disappear. Well, after the support I've gotten thus far that might just happen. I'm tired and really angry at the moment. The new content is tough, and I need my high level character at full capabilities to play.

Others have also reported a bug with Turn Attempts. Try going into a tavern and unequipping, then reequipping all CHA items.

I would follow Mad's advice and Altumus too. Calling people incompetent is not going to help you and it is not true.

You always catch more flies with honey than vineger. There is not one quest in the game you will fail as a result of this bug, so relax and enjoy and try the suggestions here. :)

Thanks for the suggestion Mad, but my 14th level cleric does not have a chr item. She has a chr of 18 based on stats and enhancements. I have also spoken with a couple of guildies and they tell me that they've noticed their to hit mods are some times lower when they log on with their fighter types. They switch weapons and it resets. Unfortunately, I don't have that luxury. I think it's a bug, but getting anyone to look into it is difficult to say the least. I've been playing this game since April of 2006 and have had difficulties in the past with support, but not to this extreme. I guess my cleric will become a bank slot until a new game comes out.
