Im curious as to what guild is regarded as the best on Argo, as relates to raiding and completing quests pronto like?

Oohhh... And while you're at it, could you put up a thread asking who the best fighter on the server is, too? :D

A guild that has since dwindled to MIA and great loss of key players, Kal Vas Flam, was one that I noted for exceptional speed and alacrity. The only key player in that guild remaining is Rhevin, and I believe he is now part of the Windscar Elite. I am unsure as to how raid-oriented their guild is at this time.

Sphere of the Annhilation would also be one of the fastest and well-organized. However, if you're not Australian, you're not joining them.

Beyond the Mind's Eye and Unbreakable also meets your criteria, as I know it.

Elite and Exiled are also going to be in my top picks.

So far a Mabar-merger guild I've met that has the potential (but I've not raided with them, so I don't know yet) at being one of the best would be the Night Wolves.

I know others, but they've so many members to dillute the all-stars that I cannot rightly identify the guild without mentioning only specific players.

Argonnessen, as a whole, tends to have very skilled guilds. It would be very hard to identify THE BEST. Infact, last time we started a The Best *anything* Thread, it became rather heated.

If you're coming to Argonnessen, do so incognito, run around and find a guild that matches your style THE BEST. This would probably behoove you the best.

The devs have recently declared that guild boasting is something they want us to avoid on the forums. Enough people view it as akin to troll baiting (whether or not you agree that it is) to be worth the headache.

Just a friendly warning: be very careful how you word that kind of question.

I have pulled a total of 4 +1 tomes 0 +2 tomes 0 paralyzers 0 vorpals and 0 banishers. Tell me you could excel with my characters -- they don't rely on twink. As I recall, you're the king twinkie. ;)

Is it The Best one though? -- and that leads to an interesting question. Who loves The Best on Argonnessen? I would say default defacto leads to Luv of Disposable Heroes.

Mortal Voyage is the best guild. We have yet to complete a raid and sometimes it takes us a while to do quests, but none of our characters have ever died :)

Davey is a very good spokesman for this game. He loves this game and he tries to put forth ideas and comments to help DDO.

Although, if I saw a picture of him....maybe in some +5 Mithral......maybe wearing some innocence boots with thigh-high's....mmmm....love may bloom......

pffft - that's 4 more tomes than I've pulled - I got the '**** loot flag' when I signed up I think :p

I'm really surprised at how how well behaved this thread is though - i popped in expecting some fireworks :)

Well, if you want to get all quantitative and crazy like that, the full-name Argonnessen is much more multi-syllabic than Sarlona, which would make Sarlona the shortened version of Argonnessen. I personally like the short bus (I road it in Kindergarten for some wierd reason that was never explained).

It's ok though -- the big kids on Argonnessen won't steal your candy canes. Well, Davey will transfer to Sarlona and make a legitimate TRADE if the price is right, but no one else will even migrate to Sarlona and take your treats.

to the OP, Start with a good friend's list and go from there. I know you want to jump right in and get into the guild with the mostest - but that's usually not the best way to go about things. Be steefy like and examine who you end up playing with the most, and who's styles match yours.

I think every guild has it's one uniqueness. Some guilds are great for raiding, some for leveling, some for exploiting, some for fun, some for backstabbing. It depends on the type of player and person you are, really.

WHAT HO ARGO!

Just going thru old threads, trying to catch up. Can I just say, in the last few months, I've run other guilds as much as my own (kind of a timing thing lately...) Everytime I get done with a run I think, DANG!! That was fun, I'd Love to be a part of that guild. Then like a cheating husband, I go home and kss the wife... only to find out that she's Hot to trot!

I'm not naming nakes here, but if you've run with me lately... THANK YOU (mostly for the heals...)! I hope I inspired you as well as you've inspired me! And if we haven't run...? Why the Heck NOT??? Who told you how bad a Player I AM???
