how do you stop the billing in this game T-T

I only played this game for only 3 weeks and i got boared of it.... however i only payed only to play DDO for 1 month... the next this you know (3 months later..) i had to pay for 3 months for subscirption when i only played it for 1 month *** !!!!

i want my money back!

You can cancel your subsription at any time. You get to play out your remaining paid days and the account goes inactive at the end of the paid time. Your characters/inventory are saved and you may resume your subscription at any point. I doubt you will receive any reimbursement for time between when you stopped playing and time cancelled.
