ChatServer error Help

Iv have had this prob in the past and i have fixed it by relogging a bunch of times... but i have one guildies whos relogged And totaly restarted game now for the past 2 days and keeps geting the " chat server error" he has even reinstalled the games thinking maybe something went bad with his download... he has contacted 2 GM's now with no help as well.

Was wondering if anyone out there knows how to fix this in another way or what causes it so i can get my guildie back on track and questing with ease.

I got it again last night for the first time since patch day. I could not see or be seen in guild chat. But, I could see recruit/dismiss messages. :confused: Last time, quitting game, rebooting computer, resetting modem/router, relogging fixed it and I will see if it's fixed tonight.

Had this happen once for the guild chat, no error message, just no guild chat other than what I typed myself.

Re-logged another character later, and it went away.
