tome?

can i have more than 1 tome on the same toon? i know that 2 tome +1 wont make a +2 ,, but can i have a +1 tome of intel and a +1 tome of const on the same toon? if no what happen to the first tome i use?

You can read tomes for any and all stats. Tomes do not stack. If you hover your cursor on your stats on your character sheet, a tome bonus will show up as 'inherent'.

So, you can read a +1 tome for each of the 6 stats, to get a +1 inherent bonus to each stat. If you ever read a +2 or +3 tome, it will not stack, but will override the old inherent bonus with the new +2 or +3.

Indeed, you don't get them back, but don't hold back using the +1 because of it - by the time you are getting +2 tomes, the +1's will be (for most people - some just have bad tome luck) relatively common.
