help gem bag gone!

I have been colleting gems from the first day I heard there was going to be bags, and well I have in the 1000's of them all kinds and I would go to the bank after each quest or befor loging off and put the gems in my bags well I loged on today and the bags where not there, OMG!!! all that work all the plat all the time and there all gone please help me !!!!

Please file an ingame help request and a Senior GM will be able to investigate this further for you. Please include the following in your description:

Character name
Server
When was the last time you checked your bank and it was correct?
When was the first time you noticed items missing from your bank?
Approximately how many items are missing?
