The Best Barbarian Build

Im trying to make a Halfling barbarian, Any suggestions? (YES on Dragonmark)

A halfling dragonmarked barbarian is unlikely to be the "best barbarian build" :p
However it can probably be a fun build. Since dragonmarks will basically prevent you from going TWF, a typical barb build focused on Str, Con and two handed weapons should work well.

Yea "the best barbarian" in a grouped focused mmo like DDO absolute cannot heal and won't even try to. His only goal in life is to destroy his enemies as fast as possible, he wouldn't even stop to heal himself if he could, thats the clerics job.

Dragonmarked halfling melees better off as fighters due to more feats, ud end up with more DPS and no worries about raging.

But you can still do it if u want, 3 dragonmarks + power attack + impr crit, 16 str, 10dex, 10-12 wis, rest in Con.
I don't believe you can use dragonmarks while raged which is what makes it bad.. Tho maybe you can ive never tried. If you could, would be an ok build.

Well, somewhat related, I know Combat Expertise shuts down Dragon Marks, and visa versa, so I believe its the same for Raging.
