Did anyone else see this guy

I was at the mailbox in the marketplace and I get this tell from someone named panhandler asking for money. I thought it was quite strange, he would sit or lay there and every once and awhile send a tell for $. The toon I was on is level 3 so no $ really but it was a definite surreal experience.

Well I thought about it afterward that I should have given something maybe it was a test of some sort. RP'er I don't know but his name was panhandler in the tell as for if it would have been +panhandler it were a turbine employee yeah I guess so just thought it weird and have to wonder What If.
