What levels do bards get choose additional feats?

I checked the game manual but it's not listed in there. If you know the answer, where did you get the information?

Bards get no bonus feats, just songs as class abilities. All characters get feats at 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, & 18.

Everybody gets to choose feats at levels 1, 3, 6, 9, 12 (15 18 etc)

Wizards and Fighters get to choose additional feats (warrior gets an additional combat feat at level 1 and then all even numbered levels while wizards can choose a casting feat at levels 1, 5, and 10)

There are also class feats, you can find those out for any class in the compendium at ddo.com
