when i try to open the screen, it just takes forever to load and gets stuck

this has been the case also for about 2 months so has nothing to do with patch

Ladywolf, sometimes it takes me a minute or more to load the ? screen. But, I do remember an issue with browser choice/settings. Unfortunately, I've never had the issue (other than a little lag to open the panel).

its not a slow load problem. Ive tried having it open in the past for 30 minutes (most boring) and no change.....

In the userpreferences.ini file in your my documents>ddo folder change the line allowfakefullscreen=true to false.

Also make sure that your security settings are no on "High" in Internet Explorer.

No difference....also not using internet explorer, using firefox

Your internet explorer security settings need to be on "default" for it to work (firefox settings are irrelevant), that should clear up the inability to submit help tickets. (quote from my other thread.....)
