Well, its time for me to move on. I am no longer playing ddo, and all my characters now do not exist. I'ts been a fun 1 1/2 years playing with you all. I have made many friends through that time, and im sorry to go.

But turbine in their infinite wisdom have deemed to not be helpful in their customer service, and keep up with the demands of todays players.

Perhaps it was soloing the Reaver for all those +3 Tomes or one too many posts on how fast you pwned a quest that caused the GM hate. I have heard of 3 other players who had sigil's bug out and all got fixed. Someone said that in their case it had to do with not having any empty slots in their inventory.

Regardless, have a great time playing WoW! Eldette now wears the Wiz VII helm of Havanti ... unfortunately I don't have as big a head so it's quite loose, LOL! Take care.
