Is it just me or is anyone else calling in sick to work tommorow since Halo 3 comes out tonight at midnight?

With the new mod comming out there is just not enough time in the day to get my fix on both.....

your kidding right??? cupcake you cant be serious,,, its only one of the best firstperson shooters out there(in todays games). google it, its a great multiplayer game for the xbox line

I have a game cube. I think LOL. Hven't played it in ages.

I miss my super NES. I don't like the new controllers. Very hard for me to use.

I took Leave for tomorrow.... So did a Lt in my Unit... Her and her husband & I are going to the BX 2 hours before it opens to wait for it... We are hoping there is not to much of a want for it here on base in germany,,, they are only getting 200 copies..

I was ok at halo 2... my hubby and I had a very very fun time killing each other in it LOL... now there is a fight worth having make up time for :)

Anyways, I need to buy a new fangled 360... but the rings of red death... Ewwwwwwww... they scare me!!!

But, the new Star Wars Game comes out next year, so I MUST have one by then. It may not Knights of the Old Republic 3 but it still looks pretty spiffy.

So while I will not be taking off work this week for halo 3, I mourn not being able to play it yet :)

Christmas is almost here...

preorder 2 months ago,,,my local store has been sold out of preorders for a month.
cupcake you need to give it a try or at least play it once,,,if you like shooters its a great one check it out.
i get to pick mine up in 11 hrs woohoo

Correction.. it's one of the best FPS on consoles.

But as for the best. . . *Shrug.* From what I played of it, I loved Halo 1 a little more than Halo 2. Halo 1 was pretty cool. Was a nice change of pace. To me, Halo 2 was Halo 1 plus the ability to dual-wield guns, a shiny sword (Which is really easy to beat, once you get used to it/the player), and repeating rooms. . . I swear, the first level of Halo 2, there's a room layout that copies about 3 times. There's nothing different about it. . .

That's just me, though. Then again, I've never been much of a FPS person, unless it's got something kinda cool thrown into it (Like F.E.A.R. with the SloMo, or Hellgate: London because. . . Well. . . It's Hellgate: London.).

I picked up my copy yesterday. Had no problems getting a couple even in the late afternoon. After that I remembered that I suck at FPSs.

Nott waiting for it , not only do I not like FPS, ( RPG's FTW ) but my console video game library revoles around my kids. I bought Resident Evil once, and after 3 nights of nightmares and being woke up at 3 O'clock in the morining I returned it and am done with that now.
I keep my "grown up" games on my computer, oh and not only do I not liek FPS I am pretty bad at them.
