Was fooling around in the character planner and thought it might be fun to try a Mini-arcane psycho. After playing with the numbers my halfling is less psychotic, but just a little crazy. I went for a little more balanced approach so I can use more SP. Focusing on Stunning blow and a Puncturing dagger for con crit kills. Also dropped toughness for Mark of healing for self heals and the ability to remove most ailments. I know a WF build would be more effective but thought this would be a fun unique build to play. Take a look, any feedback welcome.

With buffs I am looking at around 252 hp. Will be able to use hold person and monster when stunning blow fails me. I plan on dropping the heal enhancements for increased saves come mod 5.

What do you think?

Looks like fun!

From a critical standpoint...

I'm not sure your stunning is going to be especialy effective. Not a not of Str, no enhancements, its pretty much all on having a high end weighted weapon. Not that it's not worth taking, just that this build doesn't put it to especialy good use. Halfling is perhaps the worst race for tactics feats.

I might grab maximize or empower earlier on to add oomph to your dragon mark healing spells. Personaly I'd swap heighten and maximize as to when you take them.

Thanks for the advice. I am still up in the air on Stunning might swap it for Precision. Means I would have to adjust some stat points.

I did not realize maximize and empower boosted healing. I thought they just effected the damage they did against undead.

I have a halfling 11wizard/1fighter with all 3 dragonmarks that uses heavy repeaters, and it's been loads of fun to play so far.
Later on I might pick up Weapon Finesse, but so far the heavy repeater still puts out plenty of damage.
Right now my feats are:

Heavy Repeater (fighter feat)

Least Healing
Mental toughness
Lesser healing
Improved MT
Greater healing

Maximize (wiz feats)
Extend
Heighten

Stunning blow is a complete waste, you'll never get your STR high enough to make it effective, I think you're much better picking up weapon finesse and forgetting about Str.
I started with 19 dex, ate a +1 tome, +2 halfling enhancements, and +6 dex item next level I will be at 28 dex....I still have no problems hitting anything with my machine gun, even in 14th level elite quests.

repeater build sounds neat. I plan on taking weapon finesse and trying to get my hands on the shining crescents from the titan.

even a pure casting halfling with the dragonmark would be cool, especially with free max/ empowers on them.

not to mention having a sup pot 6 scepter in your hand for spell damage also boosts your dragonmark heals.

If you do want to melee fight, I'd suggest dropping STR and raising dex. You already get +2 racial mod, so 16 or 17 is feasible.

With a +2 tome, +2 enhancement, and +6 item, you can achieve 26 or 27 dex. Take weapon finesse. A fighter level will give you an extra feat and give you weapon proficiencies.

You can kill things pretty quick if you land hold person or flesh to stone, and use 2 puncturing items. Don't worry about TWF. Anything held is a sure hit, and every hit is a crit.
