At what ranger level do you get freedom of movement and what is the minimum wisdom you need to cast it?

FOM is a level 4 spell, so 14 WIS is needed to cast it. Pretty sure you don't get it until 14th level.

Thanks, I thought it was level 14 when you got it but also saw another post that said 12. I was getting worried that maybe my wisdom was too low to cast it as I have a 13 Ranger / 1 Rogue.
