Okay guru's I have a question for you...
My wife plays the game on a Dell 1505 (2ghz C2D and 2GB RAM) with ATI's x1400 graphics (256MB dedicated). Recently I upgraded my monitor and she wanted to try using my old one. We hooked up the monitor to her laptop and plugged in a USB keyboard and mouse. The game looked decent on the new monitor but the game play was sluggish. Keystrokes were a few seconds behind.
I tried tweaking the graphics down to the minimal settings and resolutions and that did not help.
I tried unplugging the USB keyboard and using the integrated laptop keyboard and that did not help.
Finally we unplugged everything and decided to go back to the original set-up but the game is still sluggish on keystrokes.
Any ideas? I will post a DXDialogue report once i get back home.
Many thanks.
