In a sick and twisted way, I kind of miss Autopsy. Decent enough player, but guaranteed to get ****ed off at someone before the first shrine. And be very vocal about it. Fun if you have the time and plenty of popcorn.

i heard seygirl was a *** who never really plays only hang out in quests and dies with full mana. on the other hand, chandeman is indeed still a kid who talks non-stop and always run ahead to get killed.:D

I cannot help but somehow feel bad for (her/him?) It is people like that which we all avoid who eventually get so discouraged they leave... I do remember one time Xar (who did not know her) invited her to group in caravan on elite (and wizgoddess you were there remember)... Anyway the point was with our advice (mostly wizgoddess's since I'm just a melee most the time) she did well enough in the quest to make me proud she was there. Yes she had a shining moment - probably one of the few - but does go to show is not for lack of trying.
but but you gotta be old skool to miss beatiful
Are you calling me old?:(

I miss Autopsy... in a good group she'd never have a problem, In a bad group she could turn it into fireworks. I know quite a few people like her to some degree who get bent out of shape over a game and instead of having the patients to turn lemons into lemonade can toss the recipe into the sink. Autopsy was a good friend... a bit overboard when frustration flares up, but all the same was a helpful person most the time. I'd imagine if 'Stretchdixon P Elvis' was still arround he would not miss her... Remember him?
I will say one thing though, people like seygrl and stretch... they knew they had trouble playing, they knew they lacked something in playing, they knew they did not understand a lot about the game. However the most important thing was thier lack of confidence and a shyness about asking for help. Those people I'm sure were walking on egg-shells with every party they grouped with after a while... having people take a game too seriously. Some people lack maturity, others well not so smart, while others, maybe too smart for thier own arogance... point being though ... we're all just people and this is just a game.

Emili, i'd only agree with you partly. yes i heard about that shining moment the said player had. in fact, for a while i partied with him/her quite often. i recall the 1st time we grouped together. he/she asked who to return a spellbook to which i replied the dead girl in house j and even took him/her there. for a while things were nice. i shared with him/her tips that i learnt from many others.
then i did not have a clue what happened. suddenly i got harassed. multiple tells would hit me. every group that i'm in he/she'd will follow (even if the group is of the wrong level, she repeatly request to join). at that point of time i felt as if i was being STALKED. not only that in the quests, he/she is the extreme example of what goes wrong. taking a staff and hitting on bosses, instead of using spells (hp bar always full), etc. i cant help but wonder what happened.... perhaps a powerleveler was involved? i dunno but this is my experience
as for the other said loud/fouled mouth player, i've been in groups with her too. sound player but like what u said in the last portion, its just a game. she'll blast people for not following what she wanted, seen her recall out of a quest n quit group when the leader doesnt want it done her way. this is a game. we arn't the only want who need to know its a game. these people need to know it too.....

No I totally agree with you... they stopped looking at it as a game also. Your being stalked was most likely the result of them not being able to group with others and they knew you once had. The loud mouthed one was one of those people who felt like they were in the limelight but really needed to step back, calm down and handle her temper - totally agree there.
Point being though I think they no longer looked at the game as being a fun thing but a place where they were also socially challenged. We all could see it in their demeanor. It's sad to say, these people were engrossed with the game for something on a social acceptance level which grew over time and to me that seemed a sad thing. Am I taking a side? No, Am I defending thier actions? No. Am I asking people to dismiss thier actions, No. What I am saying though is these people lacked the ability to cope socially more than anything.
