Questions: multiclass reqirements and starting skillpoints

Hey all. It's the re-newb again!
Some quick questions if you don't mind...

1. Does your wisdom have to be a certain amount in able to multiclass into a Cleric? Or does it just affect what spells you can take?

2. Do you get extra skill points during character creation (level 1) then you do during lvls of the same class after lvl 1?

1. There is no min wiz score to be a cleric but as you suggest you won't be able to cast spells without the minimum level.

2. You get 4 times the skill points at L1 than you will get at the other levels.

Just to Clarify...

1: The Minimum is 10+ Spell Level you would like to cast. So a 19 Wisdom is all you need to cast ANY Clerical Spell... However, The DC will be very poor....

2: Character Level 1 ONLY. Not Class Level 1.
