Can anyone tell me if the Reaver's Napkin's side effect of Spell Mastery (+1 DC to all types of spells) stack with spell penetration and other spell focus' like on bracers and scepters (illusion, conjuration, etc.)?
And also, do any of the focus's at all stack with the focus' as feats?
And, does a greater spell focus surpass/stack with feats or weps?

Spell focus from any source does not stack with spell penetration. Spell penetration has nothing to do with spell school or ability score modifier. It follows the mechanics of a caster level check: 1d20+caster level (+ spell pen feats, items, etc).

The Reaver's napkin does stack with spell focus feats and ability score modifier for the purpose of determining a spell's difficulty check. It does not stack with other items.

It "stacks" with spell pen, since they aren't remotely related. The two effects do totally different things and will each do their own thing. And no it won't stack with other focus items.

In general Best Item + Feats + Enhancement is the stacking.

Yes. But if you get a +2 focus item it will still help (it will basically give you +1 over what you would have had with the napkin alone).

And the napkin does rock. I just wish it didn't drop so darn often so I could at least feel a little special. I know a bunch of fighters who are getting them just to hit Int runes...sigh....
