Yaga sweet idea. Also a nice way to make some $ on the side hey. 1 more thing are you also placing odds for side bets so people can predict who will be last one alive?

I don't think that I'll be odds making this event. I need to get to know the players and see how they all fare the first time. After that, I most likely will (with the house taking 10% of course).
Regarding the last statement, of course I'm a noob.:p

Well I have to say that I'm a little disappointed right now at the interest in the event. :(
I have at least 10 casters wanting to be a part of this but so far not one contestant has sent in their entry fee or even just an in-game mail showing interest.
If you are interested in this event as a contestant please send in-game mail to Goode that includes your entry fee and the name of the character that will be participating.
As any added incentive, if we reach 25 contestants, I will be adding 25k PP of my own money to the pot for the winning contestant alone. That's 37.5k PP for sitting there and letting people cast spells at you for an hour or so.
Please tell everyone in your guild about this event especially those characters that don't read the DDO forums. I'd really appreciate it if someone from every guild could post this in their guild forums.
On the caster side of things I think we will go with about 15 to 20 casters. I'll start sending back messages this weekend to those of you who have expressed an interest in killing the contestants.
Thanks in advance for any help you can give.

Ordos Draconum is helping out a guildie and adding 50k PP to the pot for my contest if we have over 15 contestants.
I am giving it all to the winner. That means that the winner of my silly little contest stands to make at least 57.5k PP if we only have 15 contestants and at least 87.5k PP if we have 25 contestants.
This is not a money making venture for me. All proceeds go to contestants and the lucky caster that kills the next to last contestant.
Tell anyone and everyone about this contest plz!!

OMG OMG OMG! I'm going to be CLEP'n a management course when you guys are doing this! DANGIT!
By the way, Naga's event is in no way coincidentally alligned with the best season of the year -- the first day of Autumn. However, if it were an ingenious coincidence you could thank him for the extra-special event.

Actually, I did decide to plan the event with the autumnal equinox because of the spiritual significance it represents to my people.... football fans. :)

Hey Yaga,
Thanks for getting this going it was a good time. I think it pretty much came down to luck depending on when you finally rolled a one. There weren't too many cases where a person rolled a one and survived the dammage dished out by the spell.
Take it easy
Tal
P.S. Thanks to those who came to dish out dammage as well as those competing was a nice change of pace from leveling and loot runs

And here I just danced nakkid under the pale moon... Must have gotten my rituals mixed up...
Or just drank too much.

Well as a football fan I’d have to say I’m fully in support of, if not encouraging, nakkidness under the pale moon on the football field, after the competing in or watching the game, while consuming alcoholic beverages.
Take it easy

 People do stranger things when they drink.... ^_^ You could have been with a group of people doing it. Or hugged at tree.... Or cast a circle with an athame with a bunch of naked people digging up roots for things to come. Oh yes, there are strange things done with drink.
Naga, you know you're a tree-hugger deep down inside. Yubs it be true.

Shhhhh. Yeah I have a thing for granola chicks so I pretend to respect the environment, women's rights, etc.
But after a few times in the sack I let them know that I actually work for Exxon, that I don't recycle, and I believe that women should be home in kitchen, barefoot and pregnant.

I'm not completely well-versed as I only studied astral projection, tarot, minor candle work and a few runic talisman projects, but if I understand this correctly then you were indeed nekkid. With a rowan branch.
Pictures likely to follow. :p
