In a lot of threads I see boxes with the word code above them and in them is tab spaced table data. They may also have a scroll bar. Can someone tell me how to create one of these or point me to a link that would explain it?

I want to post some table data in reply to a thread.

you'd want to type "[!code] your code goes here[!/code]" without the exclamation marks to get:

your code goes here
