I am wondering how some people manage to get up to 46 strength. From what i know-
18 base max
3 tome
3 during leveling
+6 item (i think this is the max atm but i don't know)
+3 enhancements
and then that comes to a total of 33, thats 13 levels that i am missing out.
Can someone tell me the big thing im missing?

18 base+3 tome+3level+6 item +6 barb rage+4 rage enhancments+4 double madstone rage +2 rage potion = 46.
There other combinations that would work also using human ver/fighter str.

Human gets 1 more STR from enhancement for a 47, plus you can chug a +3 STR Pot to get you to a 50 ultimately.

Am aware of that but the question asked how it was possible to reach 46 str and I mention one of the ways and said there was other ways.
Mainly human ver or 12barb/2fighter using fighter str 1.
My pure barbarian is actually human and I use the human ver and a +2 tome only to hit it.
I usually don’t include collectable potions since there use a lot more limited. You can say the same about madstone rage but at least in certain situations it a bit more certain. For example I never fought any of the 3 dragons in giant hold tor without ending up double mad stone raged.

These pots, Mad_B, they are randomly given out, right? So you cant choose a +2 STR one or whatever, right/
And what does it mean skill or influence? Says influence affects stats, so thats the + STR/CON whatever pots, skill affects skills?? Like jump?? Kinda crappy...

And what does it mean skill or influence? Says influence affects stats, so thats the + STR/CON whatever pots, skill affects skills?? Like jump?? Kinda crappy...Here is a post that certain collectors give certain stat pots, DDOwiki Collectables (http://ddo.enterwiki.net/page/Collectable). I have a huge collection of them on my Wiz and can verify later which collector's give what.
And yes, <animal>'s Influence adds +1/2/3 alchemical bonus to your stat. It is a unique stackable bonus. <animal>'s skill boosts all skills of that stat. So, for Bull's, it's jump and swim. But, for Eagles, it's UMD, Bluff, Intimidate, etc. Both potions last 3 minutes, so are best for boss fights and/or trapsmithing.
Fox's Skill is a great boost for a Rogue trying the Cabal trap. +2 Fox's Influence indirectly adds +1 to search and disable. +1/2/3 Fox's skill adds on top of that.

Dwarf Barb 12/Ftr 2
18 base
3 levels
6 greater rage
4 power rage
2 rage spell
4 double madstone
6 item
2 tome
1 ftr enhancement
= 46.
Change it to a human and pick up a +3 str tome instead of a +2, you're looking at 48 str. Again, excluding alchemical bonuses.

Or change the tome to a +3 and lose the 2 lvls fighter and you have 46 with crit rage 2.
