This toon is meant to sneak up on enemies kill 'em. Wis his wounding puncturerer in one hand and his paralyzer in the other, he will be droping mobs FAST. And after they are dead and he is worn down, he uses his feats to heal up and he is ready for more.

No you won't. If it is your intention to dual wield all the time, your penalties and # of attacks are going to cause this.

HIT! (Maybe)

If you want to dual-wield, and still keep your feats the way they are, try doing this.

12 Rogue / 2 Fighter
1st: Least Dragonmark of Healing
3rd: Weapon Finesse
6th: Lesser Dragonmark of Healing
6th: Two-Weapon Fighting (Fighter Bonus)
9th: Greater Dragonmark of Healing
12th: Improved Two-Weapon Fighting
14th: Greater Two-Weapon Fighting (Fighter Bonus)

Just a recommendation

Another concern would be with the paralyzer. If you are the one who paralyzes the target, you lose your sneak attack bonus. Even though they are frozen, they are not helpless, in DDO terms, and they are agroed on you. No sneak attack = not very dead bad guys. At least not very fast. Better to not use a paralyzer on a rogue and go for dual stat or DPS. Let the burly types get and hold the agro.

Dual Wounders + Sneak Attack = Dead Mob

Well, As long as the Mob your attacking doesnt have DR.... 14 or so STR dosnt hel ya get through DR very fast onc ey ou have aggro.

True, but I have no problem "wounding" mobs with my 16 Str (thats with an item)

Granted, I am using +3 Wounders of Pure Good, so, there is no telling what is killing the mob faster...My DPS with Pure Good/Sneak attack, or the loss in CON.

I'd have to check

Intersting, but it could use some work.

Your disable is ok, but your search is terrible and you can't disable traps you can't find. You either need to get search up or just ditch the trap finding part of your character.

I wonder why you went with 14 wis instead of 14 int. Is it left over from a ranger version of the character, or just trying to pad a weak will save?

Aside from the search issue I think it will work decently, definately good damage potential and accuracy is probably better than folks think it is. I have a somewhat similar character and he hit's just fine.

Yes i recently rolled this toon as a 28 point.
he was 10/18/14/8/12/12
lol cudnt find/disable the traps for anything. so i rerolled him with 8/18/14/12/12/10 and it is workin much better with the traps. :)

In all honesty, drop dex to 16, and save the premium points. Use those points to keep str at 10. Also, you really don't need a 12 wisdom, IMO. You can use those points to raise INT.

Perhaps
10/16/14/14/10/10

I haven't checked the points costs, but I think this might work out. 16 Dex is MORE than adequate.

I was actually considering a similar character, but he would have been a bard/rogue. enchantement focused with max hide and move silently. Sneak up, sap, land a nice otto's or hold monster, then whack away until dead. Doing so without some type of cc is suicide.
