Help! Vendors wont buy / sell!!??

Help!

I bought the game today and am having problems.

When I double click on a vendor I can see their wares but when I try to buy or sell it does not work.
I click the item to buy or sell and the 'clink' noise happens but my money amount does not change and my inventory stays the same.

I cannot buy or sell anything!

Also I get this error message when I log in:

Error: Unable to enter the Harbor Channel.

What is happening?

What is happening?

I can see how buying and selling can be a little confusing. The way you buy items is you must double click first on the item you wish to purchase. After double clicking the item should move into the bottom area of the UI lets call it the shopping cart. After the item is inside the shopping cart then you click on the buy button and all is done. If you just click on the buy button nothing really happens but that sound does happen so thats where I think you are having your problem.

That error message occurs sometimes when the game has a hard time connecting you to the chat server for the instance. Usually it connects you shortly after failing but if it doesn't I wouldn't worry because almost no one uses the general chat channels.
