A few comments:

1) Our website is brand new (we switched hosts).
2) We currently have 21 members, some of which are very casual. You can see this for yourself in the Raids / Standings section of the website Aellith linked. (each member has a 30 day / 60 day / 90 day raid attendance score (note: total raid history and detailed standings only date back to Feb 2007, which is when Dolfa took over tracking)).
3) I don't think we are the most active raiding guild anymore. Maybe true at one point pre-merge when IFV slowed down and we sped up, but I highly doubt we are the most active these days, especially post-merge.

If you have 5 capped characters and do each raid twice a week on each one, that's 40 raids / week. We only schedule 1/4 that currently, although we will be scheduling more raids / week soon.

The Raids section of the website is open to the public, so people can see for themselves how often we currently raid (note: simultaneous raids consisting of smaller groups are often combined under the same entry - i.e. the Aug 30 titan and reaver raids each show 4 raid loots). The raid listing also excludes non-DKP raids, such as raids done solo, with pugs, or without an officer present (and other special cases).

Anyone interested in testing us out can talk to one of the Officers. It is highly encouraged to be familiar with our planned mod 5 loot policy and charter, to make sure the system we use is something that you are comfortable with:

One interesting piece of info:

Rotted has had raid attendance of 89% for the last 30 days. Rotted is the place-holder we use for all raid loot that no one can use. So 89% of all DKP raids in the last 30 days have had at least 1 raid item that no one wanted (i.e. it sat in the chest or was sold to vendor). The items that rotted from DKP raids in August alone are:

Madstone Shield
Madstone Boots x 2
Cloudburst x 4
Ventilated Bracers x 3
Dreamsplitter x 3
Gauntlets of Eternity
Ring of Lies
Tenderizer x 6
Stormreaver's Napkin
Amulet of the Stormreaver x 3
Treason

Chaosblade x 2
Demon scale armor
Staff of Arcane Power
Cloak of the Zephyr
Storm
Marilith chain

Nullcloth Gown x 2
Bereavement
Rattle Charm x 3
Centurian Armor x 2
Battle Coin x 3
Jungle cloak x 2
Bravo sword

Stonemeld plate
Caster Necklace (Velah)
Ring of the Silver Concord x 2
Ironweave Robe x 2
Kundarak Shield x 2

I probably missed a bunch too. The point is, since demand is low, even new members who start at 0 DKP will have the opportunity to get loot as soon as they join. With regard to more rare & in demand loot: We use class/build-based need before greed before looking at DKP standings, so if you are the only cleric in the raid, that +3 wis tome is yours if you want it, even if you have 0 DKP. This is all outlined on the website.

I think it should be mentioned that we're in the process of getting to know many new faces, and this number will very likely be 24 in the upcoming days. Not to mention we have a few (I'd say 5-6) members that haven't been playing much due to there not being much to do. When mod 5 finally goes live, expect Indago to flourish even more!

Just want to say that I've enjoyed running with all you guys and find this guild to be super raid oriented w/ no messing around. If you're looking to run lots of raids with knowledgeable and well equipt toons give these guys some serious consideration.

The DKP system is a bit odd but in the long run it will reward the constant raiders and from what I've discovered (not yet generating lots of "points") most of the group will let you get what you want if it will really benefit your toon. Very need before greed (but they still reserve the right .. wink).

Thanks all!

You guys do have some great players. Can't say i've eer had a bad run with you!

I only have a problem with a dwarf as the guild leader. You see I get a rash when I am around dwarfs, humans, haflings, and toasters too much.

You know the lesser races...

We're not getting much interest in terms of recruitment it seems.

I blame the thread! Or Dryth. Wait, I blame both.

We might need to retire this thread and put up a new one, with different info.

We're currently letting people join us under a 1-2 week trial phase, where they bring 1 toon in and get to know everyone. And then we all decide if things are a mutual fit. No expectations, no hard feelings. Just join us for a bit, see if we mesh, and have some fun.

We're generally not a good guild for brand new players, or for people who are not capped, since we do things a little quickly. In my opinion a new player would have more fun in another guild.

I will definitely say that the Inter-guild friendship with you guys has proven exceptional. The communication of empty spots in mutual parties is working well, and I like your Guild's skill set...

For many a good player out there, wanting to join a more Raid intensive guild that is after higher end content... Indago might be a really good fit for you.

/my2cents:)
