Can't Log Into Game

I downloaded 10 day trial created my account via the email link, which was a turbine account that required credit card info, they even charged me 1 dollar. When I view my account I can see my trial subscription. I installed the game however I can not log into the game. When I click the link for need a username it sends me to COG player accounts and the trial key I have does not work for that. How do I play this game?

If I'm understanding you, if you created an account, and they have charged you money, you don't need to have a new user name.


You will use the user name and password to log in that you created for your account.

Not sure what COG is. But, when you start the game, use your login that you created when you made your Trial account. Try using the same login and password and don't click the 'need a login' link.

I can not log into the game with the account I made, it just goes retry 1 through 5. Then says bad username or password account not found.

Im having the same exact problem. It really makes no sense. We are registered for a free 10 day trial/guest account, yet it just does retry 1-5. It doesnt say no subscription or anything, just wrong pass/login? its a wee bit ridiculous.

If you are using a codemasters account it is likely you have the wrong game client. You will need to go here: http://www.ddo-europe.com/ and get their trial download.
