I'd pay 3 mill for it in a heartbeat (keep trying to tell people plat is worthless lol). Sadly I don't need INT and it's not worth it for me as a trade item...

4 million plat... nice item, personally I'd save it for your monk build and start with a 34pt build (or more if you can find extra tomes):D
