I am of the impression that Rogue Skill Boost I gives a +2 and Human Versatility III give i think +4

if they dont stack why have both ?

No, They cant stack, They use the same Timer.. He doesnt show them Stacking... But it gives you 10 Boosts Instead of just 5 and he looks like hes gonna use the HV Boost for a lot of applications.

Ya I figured 5 extra +2 to skills was worth 1 action point.

Thanks Impact for the corrections on ac. The to hit numbers vary by what is equipped. I just showed the number's to reflect maximum self obtainable.

Never use Defensive Fighting..... THough it was the same as CE on the Penalty...

so many variabes in this Build.... Hard to keep track of them all.

I hear ya .. I thought it was a -2 penalty, myself until I looked it up, although that variable works itself out pretty easily in gameplay -- either you're going for AC or DPS. My intimitank has both CE and Power Attack .. Hitting PA turns off CE at the end of the animation.
