Before I get reamed, let me just say this build is just a proof of concept. It has extremely rare raid loot and high-end items. But...we can at least dream that someday we'll be as pimped out as this, right? Anyway, here's a crazy-almost-seems-impossible-but-possible Intimitank.

11FTR/3ROG* 32-Point Dwarf

16 STR -> 28 (6 item + 3 Fighter Enh. + 1 tome)
14 DEX -> 26 (6 item + 3 Levels Enh. + 2 tome + 1 Rogue Enh.)
18 CON -> 26 (6 item + 2 Dwarf Enh.)
12 INT -> 13 (1 tome)
10 WIS -> 16 (6 red dragon helm)
06 CHA -> 12 (5 item + 1 tome / 6 item)

*2 Levels of rogue for evasion. You won't always have it because of heavy armor but you can switch to some light armor when it matters (Demon Queen, Crucible). 3rd level is just for more skill points, but you can take another level of fighter instead for another combat feat.

UMD (18 Ranks) (Enough to use some decent items and wands - cure serious, blur, stoneskin, shield, fireball)

Saves
Everything in the mid-20's, Will saves kind of suck, but possible to get in the 20's.

A butt load of hitpoints, a crazy AC, some decent saves, and you can still hit stuff. If someone manages to pull off this build I would like to marry them and have their babies**...forever.

*I am incapable of actually producing babies.

Sure looks to me like you double-counted the Dexterity modifier under both armor and it's own unique line.

Fighter Tower Shield Mastery comes in at a maximum of +3 - a +5 Mithral Tower Shield has a maximum base value of +4 from dex - 4+3=7 Maximum Dex Bonus.

Seal of the Earth is 3 points of natural armor, not 2

Comments:
Fighter Armor Mastery 3 = 12 AP's
Dwarven Armor Mastery 2 = 6 AP's
Tower Shield Mastery 3 = 12 AP's
Fighter Strength 3 = 12 AP's
Rogue Dex 1 = 2 AP's
Dwarven Con 2 = 6 AP's
Fighter Armor Boost 4 = 10 AP's

Total Spent = 60 AP's - 4 more than you can get

A savings could be claimed by reducing FAM3 to FAM2 (6 points and now legal)

Net effect:
Ac -8 (double Dex mod) -1 (max is +7) +1 (seal of earth) = AC56 Standing

Note:
Barkskin is Natural Armor, just like the Seal of the Earth

Saves:
I believe you may be significantly overstating your saving throws unless you're talking about fully buffed, possibly with Paladin Aura or Bard song.

Additional Comments:
I realize your enhancement selection is intended to provide a maximum potential. However, personally, I'd recommend NOT maxing out these lines because of how limiting they actually are to the rest of the things you might try to accomplish with this character. Saving throws are fixable with feats, of course, however, I'd never throw up a comparison number based on the proximity of a paladin or bard. Considering your class combinations, your Will save is likely to be low teens, buffed.

I think you have a decent potential tank build, but not an Intimitank - saves way too low but you would undoubtedly need to get your hit points up - and the premium method tends to be toughness + enhancements (of which you have none available to spend)
