Both the Greenblade and the blue dragonscale robe claim to have greater arcane lore, but this doent seem to be the same effect in the descriptions posted on the definitive static loot and rewards thread. Can anyone clarify the difference between these two (if any) and the potential for either or both of them to stack with enhancements for spell crits?
