I am receiving the following error when I click on the "logon" button:
The following web error occurred while trying to access _https://gls.ddo.com/GLS.AuthServer/Service.asmx_ (https://gls.ddo.com/GLS.AuthServer/Service.asmx): The underlying connection was closed : could not establish secure channel for SSL/TLS.

I also cannot access the site "https://www.ddo.com"

I have searched these forums and found one exactly the same...but the fix mention there (turning off firewalls) did not work for me.

I have verified that the Default Levels for the Secutity tab in Internet Options were grayed out.

My cipher strength is currently 128-bit (tech support mentioned that 0-bit was a problem - not the case here).
