He'll be mainly TWF with bastard swords and kukri's, or scimitars and kukri's. Also have a load of stat damage bows set aside for special situations (w/p, banishing, smiting)

Go scimitar, it will save you the feat slot you would spend for Bastard Sword. Also, you might want to go Elf and splash Paladin and pick up the Faith Based Tenet of Undying Court, +1 to hit with Scimitars.

Why the Fighter level?

I would up WIS to 12 so you can +6 item and +2 tome it to 20 WIS for the dragon rune.
Id also skip ranks in Concentration and put them into more combat related stuff: Balance, Tumble etc...
Extend is gonna suck soon. So you have a feat freed up.

If you have some dragonshards, I would play around with favored enemies at different levels. I.E. kobold at one, hobgoblin at 3-4, then undead at 5, swap knobgobs for giants at 6-7.

Thanks for the advice guys, i appreciate it. :)

Decided bastard sword would be a waste, went khopesh and will probably trade this out before level 4 ( i have a rr human shock burst khopesh, min level 2) so i can get rid of one of these useless flawed shards.

Agree that extend will be going the way of the dodo, you don't need bark for a half hour straight too often, or resists for that matter.

I rolled the character earlier today and started him with 10 wis, i'll have to think about the starting wis 12 thing, i don't know if i want to sacrifice points from other areas just yet. But, it would go a long ways toward adding balance to the character which is sorta what i'm shooting for. Dropping 2 points of str and adding 6 points back into other stats definitely wouldn't hurt.

instead of going 13/1 ranger/fighter, have you considered 12/2? You get a tiny bit extra in the hp, 1 less in the reflex save, can add one to crits, add one to strength, add one feat. Good trade-off I think.

I agree with Blind, w/2 levels of ftr you open up ftrs str I, which can get you to a 30 str (18 + 3 lvl + 2 Favor Tome + 6 Item + 1 Enhancement).
