I used to have 7 character slots, but now can only have 5. What happened to my additional two character slots?

Were these the two slots from favor? Or, were they extra slots "gained" from the merge, and have you deleted any toons since the merge. (if you don't have the favor that is)

I'm a Technical rep :) Unfortunately I do not know how to fix missing character slots for you or I would - Maybe the advice of the posters above will help.
